The main campus of Aarhus University (AU) is located in the middle of Aarhus. Rooted in strong disciplines, researchers and students have been generating new knowledge here for over 90 years. Aarhus University is Denmark’s second-largest university, with 38,000 students, five faculties, research activities all over the country and campuses in Aarhus, Herning and Emdrup.

Aarhus University provides a housing service for new exchange students. It is recommended that you apply for housing through AU Housing while also exploring alternative options.
 
The earlier you commence your housing search, the greater your chances of securing accommodation. In the event that AU Housing is unable to offer you a room, you will be notified no later than 15 December for the spring term or 1 July for the autumn term.
