EUCLID upgrade and outage

There are scheduled upgrades to EUCLID and our application system, resulting in downtime for some key systems. The upgrade will begin on Friday 20 March 2026 from 2pm and run over the weekend, with all services restored by 9am on Monday 23 March 2026. 

During this time EUCLID, including student record and admissions, will be unavailable.

Application review

Study Abroad and Exchange applications are processed on a rolling admissions basis.

Both the College of Science & Engineering*, and the College of Arts Humanities & Social Sciences, Visiting Student Offices aim to contact applicants within 6 weeks of receiving a completed application.

*Semester 2 applications to the College of Science & Engineering will be processed in September. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a decision on your application.
