Ifeoma Comfort Ndefo, PhD, FNIPR, is a lecturer at the School of Journalism and Digital Media, University of The Gambia, UTG.

Ifeoma is a distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR). She recently served for two years at the UTG as a volunteer lecturer and researcher under Nigeria’s Technical Aid Corps and has also worked as a visiting professor of communication at SUPDECO Global Business School in The Gambia.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Ifeoma is a multidisciplinary communication scholar whose work spans public relations, business communication, digital media, and education. Her research focuses on how communication, digital technologies, and education can be used to support social and organisational development.
